I buy from a sales partner. What now?

Don't panic, we work with trusted sales partners to ensure we can offer as many products as possible in our range. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  1. This way you can see with the product whether your order is shipped via a sales partner or whether it comes from our own warehouse. There may be a longer delivery time if a sales partner ships your product. This is indicated on the product page.
  2. Returning a product from a sales partner works a little differently. To return a product, you can easily contact the relevant sales partner . You can do this by clicking on the information icon on the product page (above the 'Add to cart' button). At the bottom of the pop-up screen, you can click through to the sales partner's contact page .
  3. Products from a sales partner are always shipped for free. That way you can have those products at home at a great price!

What requirements must sales partners comply with?

A sales partner meets the following requirements:

  • A valid VAT number.
  • At least one self-published game.
  • The time to process orders within one week.
  • A product description, product photo and EAN code for all products.
  • Everything in-house to process orders.
  • Located in the Netherlands or Belgium.
  • High quality products with good service
