This product is the travel edition of Operation Cuckoo, in a small compact card games box it is ideal to take with you on holiday. Operation Cuckoo; As the name suggests, this two-person game revolves around Koekoeks. Both players are cuckoos who have been dropped into a strange nest and want to get all the eggs and young birds of their own color (or the other cuckoo) out of the nest. Operation Cuckoo requires a reverse mindset: you have to ensure that you are left with only your own playing piece as quickly as possible. Where you normally want to hit to win, you now have to be hit. The board is reminiscent of a chess/checkers board, but with hexagonal boxes that increase the freedom of movement. Pieces must always move forward and must always capture an opponent's piece if possible. If a player captures a piece, his own piece takes that place. The game requires a reverse mindset: you have to ensure that you are left with only your own playing piece as quickly as possible. Where you normally want to hit to win, you now have to be hit. Operation Cuckoo is played as a best-of-three, where a player must win twice to win the game as a whole. This means the game lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. The game board is double-sided: a standard side and an advanced side. The advanced side usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

Set in ancient Mesopotamia, a cradle of civilization, at a time when the location of Ur was a coastal area, players work to build the Great City of Ur, expand its districts and establish themselves as powerful builders. Tabannusi: Builders of Ur features a beautiful board where the city of Ur is divided into 5 regions, each tied to a specific color die. There are 3 construction districts, 1 temple district and 1 harbor district. Each turn your worker activates one of these districts. When activating a district you must first take a die from the district. This die matches the color of the district and has two functions: 1) The die itself becomes a source of its color. 2) The value of the die determines which district your worker will activate next turn. Through various actions you can increase your influence in the different districts, expand construction sites and turn them into buildings to score valuable victory points. But you will also exert your influence in the temple district to earn the king's favor. In the harbor district you can obtain ships with important skills and for gaining victory points. You need to spend your actions wisely and always make sure that you keep an eye on the overall timing of the game. The moment a district is cleared of dice, a score takes place. The Games Friends: Tabannusi did not disappoint us at all. We sometimes find the games in the T-series a bit too complicated, but that's actually fine with this game. It is certainly an expert game, but it still plays smoothly. Recommended!

This time, one player will be the attacker trying to break through the defender's walls, and players will rally their troops by playing cards in formations in seven locations on the battlefield. Locations can contain 2-4 cards as depicted in each location, and in most cases (but not all) the strongest formation in a location will claim that location. The strength of a location is determined by the poker-style hands that players will create by playing cards one at a time. The defender has three 'boiling oil' tokens at his disposal to remove the attacker's cards. The card game consists of cards numbered 0-11 in five suits, along with ten tactical cards.
