You have been the first pioneer to reach the new land and place your buildings along the river. Soon the entire land between mountains and forest belongs to your settlement. But how will your settlement further develop into a prosperous community? The four different campaigns tell the story of your own city. In My City Roll & Write you lead your city to ever greater successes in 12 different levels. In order, three levels each form their own campaign with an associated theme and its own rules. This way you start with the first steps of your settlement and you will have to deal with more and more new challenges per game, such as the development of churches and the arrival of bandits. Each turn you roll dice to see which new city district you should fill in on your score sheet. The smarter you do this, the more points you collect. Points award a winner per game, but can also be saved so that a winner is only announced at the end of a three-part campaign. My City Roll & Write is fast and compact, but also tactical and challenging. The campaigns provide plenty of variation. The no fewer than 192 sheets of the score pad ensure that each level can be played multiple times. Moreover, this roll & write can be played solo or in a group of six players. Who builds the best city?

"A party game for terrible people." The game begins with a judge, known as the "Card Czaar", who chooses a black question or fill-in card from the top of the deck and shows it to all players. Each player has a hand of ten white answer cards at the start of each round and deals one card (sometimes two) face down to the Card Czar, representing their answer to the question on the card. The Card Czaar determines which answer card(s) are the funniest in the context of the question or fill-in card. The player who submitted the chosen card(s) is given the Question Card to represent an "Awesome Point", and then the player to the left of the new Card Czaar becomes the new Czaar for the next round. The game continues until the players decide to stop, at which point the player with the most Awesome Points is the winner. So far it sounds like the popular and fairly harmless game "Apples to Apples". Although the games are similar, the humor required is very different. The game encourages players to joke about virtually any uncomfortable or taboo topic, including race, religion, gender, poverty, torture, alcoholism, drugs, sex (yes, really), abortion, child abuse, celebrities, and those everyday little annoyances like “expecting a burp and vomiting on the floor.” Plus, there are a few extra rules. First, some question cards are "Pick 2" or cards, where each participant must submit two cards in order to complete their answer. Secondly, there is also a gambling component. If a question is played that a player thinks has two possible winning answers, he can wager an Awesome Point to play a single second answer. If the betting player wins, he keeps the point wagered, but if he loses, the player who contributed the winning answer takes both points.

Japan, 1761: Harima Province. Daimyo Sakai Tadazumi is one of the top advisors to the Tokugawa Shogunate, which rules the Himeji Castle region. It is therefore in the interest of the various local tribes to be seen in a good light by the Sakai tribe. To gain influence, they must get members of their family at every level within the White Castle. In The White Castle you take on the role of a leader of a small tribe. You fight for the position and future of your tribe in the court of the White Heron. Cunning and precise resource management and housing relatives within Himeji Castle are the key to victory! On his turn, he chooses a die from one of the three bridges and places it on the game board or his own tableau. The value of the die he covers with this determines whether he has to pay money for it or receives it. For choosing a low die you get a bonus, which becomes increasingly attractive as the game progresses. Then you perform the actions associated with the field in question. The different areas, such as the spring, the training grounds and the castle, offer different options for action. You can receive coins, daimyo seals and resources, but also install gardeners or have tribe members climb the social ladder within the castle as courtiers until they perhaps reach the daimyo's floor. You will score some points during the game, but it is mainly about the situation at the end. Then your courtiers earn points in different ways. Because the dice on the bridges and the dice tiles on the game board are always rolled and placed randomly, the starting position is different every game. The same applies to the promotions available in the different places. As a result, The White Castle of Himeji always remains surprising and challenging.
