Our world may seem important - the center of our personal universes. But amid the unknowable eldritch Mythos, Earth is a tiny microcosm of primitive life, a laughable speck of dirt and water floating among the stars. We are but dust on the scales, and any greater ambition only shows an unfortunate excess of destructive hubris. In the face of this crushing insignificance, the researchers of the Arkham Horror Files are the ones pushing back against the abyss, refusing to give in to nihilism and despair. But with the latest adventure, those researchers face a challenge they've never tackled before. In War of the Outer Gods , a new scenario pack for Arkham Horror: The Card Game , Arkham finds itself in the middle of an earth-shattering conflict between three rival sects that rages across North America. Each of these sects seeks to summon its own Ancient One - and as they battle each other across the continent, each enemy slain brings one of these dark gods closer to awakening. Can you and your fellow researchers survive in the midst of this war, or will our world be torn apart?

CloudAge is a strategy game by Alexander Pfister and Arno Steinwender. The award-winning authors have created a dark and dystopian world for 1 to 4 players. Fifteen years ago, the mysterious secret society "Cloud" set fire to numerous oil production sites and burned down large forests to destabilize the world. The resulting environmental disaster had disastrous consequences for the entire planet. Now, years later, you travel in your airships above the parched landscape in search of a better life. You visit cities, send out drones to collect resources and fight Cloud militias. An innovative sleeving mechanism enables a new, more immersive form of resource collection. Players try to predict which (cloud-covered) terrain will contain the desired amount of resources or where additional actions are possible. Resources allow players to develop useful upgrades for their airships or recruit new crew members. CloudAge is a mix of engine building, deck building and resource management. The campaign system makes it easy to get started playing quickly, as new elements are introduced into the game all the time. As you play, you experience and help guide the story. If you want, you can also play standalone story spin-offs as separate scenarios. The Games Friends: " Alexander Pfister has done it again. He has once again come up with a super cool game that plays wonderfully smoothly and offers enough variety. The ongoing story is a nice addition and keeps you coming back for a new chapter. A big, big tip! ”

A small strategic card game for two players. As a general you must divide your army into three places: in the air, on land or at sea. If you manage to control two of those spots, you win the current battle. But winning just one battle is not enough to win the game. In fact, sometimes it's smart to surrender in the small battles so that you can win more in the next fight. At the start of each battle you are dealt six cards. You won't draw more cards, so you have to determine your complete strategy with those cards. On your turn, you play one card until all cards have been played or a player surrenders. The order in which you play the cards is very important. You can play a card face up or face down. Open cards give you special powers, but must be played in the correct battle (for example, 'air' cards can only be played in an air battle). Closed cards are a bit easier and you can play anywhere, but they do not provide special powers. At the end of the battle, the winner receives points based on the number of cards he or she has left in his or her hand. The fewer cards you have left, the more points you win. This makes longer battles more important, because you can win more points there. Sometimes surrendering is the best option, because then you give your opponent few points. Can you win this epic battle?

A Game of Cat & Mouth is a fast-paced and competitive 2-player action game from the makers of Exploding Kittens. The players try to shoot the colorful balls through the cat's mouth to their opponent's side as quickly as possible. It's like playing pinball, but with a cat's claw! The box is used as a board; open the box and you can play immediately. Players use the magnetic cat claws (Cat Paw Flickers, which are held by a magnet under the playing arena) to shoot yellow balls through the center part of the cat head (Cat Head) as quickly as possible. There are three ways to win a round: knock out the black ball (which forms the cat's nose), knock out all three white balls (teeth) or shoot all eight yellow balls to the opponent's side through the mouth of the cat. Play five rounds (or as many as you like) and the person who wins the most rounds wins the game.

In the Adventure by Book series, your choices determine how the story continues. Each comic book is its own story in itself. Armed with just a pencil, an eraser and an entrepreneurial spirit, you start the adventure to make your dream come true: your own amusement park! You can draw the attractions, decorations, paths and shops in the park on the map at the back of the book. Every decision you make as a manager takes several days and affects how much guests like your park and how much money comes in or goes out. The goal is to have a successful park by the end of the year. No two parks will be the same, so you won't be done after just one playthrough. Erase your park or download a new map and try to build an even better park! Your Amusement Park is ideal as a solo game, but if you have multiple books, you can also play against each other.
