Terraforming Mars: Hellas & Elysium is the first expansion for Terraforming Mars and consists of a double-sided game board with two new areas on Mars. On the Elysium side, the oceans should be located in the north and important minerals are located in the south. If you place a tile on Olympus Mons, the highest peak in the solar system, you get three free cards.

On the other side of the board you will find Hellas, the wild south of Mars where the south pole is also located and a huge crater. Around the pool you get a new kind of bonus in the form of heat and maybe even water!
