Quorum - Board Game (NL)

Description

Step into the role of a Roman senator and gain the greatest influence in this tactical board game. Play your cards wisely to control different provinces. The higher your influence in a province, the more points you can score for it. Beware that powerful gods like to interfere in power struggles between people and can increase or decrease the value of your territories! Can you maintain the importance of your territories and combine the best matching cards?

Quorum is the ideal game for fans of tactical board games who love to search for the best combinations. If you can keep a cool head when powerful gods are targeting you and can switch strategies in time when the cards aren't in your favor, then Quorum is the game for you!

Quorum is played over 12 turns, with each player placing a card in front of them each turn. On your turn, you draw one card before playing one card from your hand. Depending on the card's symbol, you advance your province marker in that province, allowing you to exert more influence in that area. Each province awards a specific type of card, so choose carefully where you want to have the most influence. Drawing a god card can increase or decrease the influence of an entire province. At the end of the game, you multiply the province's influence by the cards you played for it, plus additional points per card type. The player with the most points wins!
