Because Uruguay has no natural resources of its own and does not want to be too dependent on its neighbors, the government has set up initiatives to improve energy generation and distribution throughout the country. Fortunately, Pampero, the strong winter wind, blows throughout Uruguay and is the perfect place to generate energy through wind turbines.

Pampero is a card-driven action selection game based on smart hand management that requires a good dose of strategic planning. Each player must find a balance between income, energy supply and action cards to optimally meet the different scoring criteria of each game. You must expand your energy network and meet all the energy needs of the entire country to become the most profitable player.
