Now, more than 400 years later, the board game Opera is presented to the world. An intriguing board game that takes players through three periods of opera: the Baroque, the Classical Era and the Romantic period. The tone is set by the world-famous music of Handel, Monteverdi, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner and Verdi.

The players are the heads of aristocratic families. They have set themselves the goal of bringing opera to audiences in six major European cities. New game elements in Opera provide a unique playing experience. By budgeting smartly and hiring the right characters, players determine the turn order, the fame of the composers and thus their own success.
