Mainports is the third game in the successful Ports of Europe series, which also includes Rotterdam and Antwerp. The large number of possibilities in the economic EURO game Mainports provides a clear strategic profile, but still a nice accessible entrance.

It starts with you having to choose from which port you will sail your first ship and which goods you will take on board. The start-up contracts will help you choose the direction, but you will also have to look for lucrative deals in the (open) contract market. You also keep a close eye on the available fuel. Experienced players quickly realize that a little technological advancement can help them make more money from trading. However, arriving at the right time at a Mainport with a well-stocked greenhouse is just as important!
