Roll the dice, and choose whether you want to move clockwise or anti-clockwise along the party hats. Does the colour of the party hat match one of your bears? Then you can place that card there. So choose carefully how you want to move and try to get rid of all your cards as quickly as possible. The first one to get rid of all their cards wins! Party Hats is a very fun game for children aged 4 and up. The rules are easy to understand, but also offer opportunities for tactics and clever play. A bear-y fun game for real party animals!
