Empires of the North: The Wrath of the Lighthouse is a story-driven solo campaign for the award-winning card game Empires of the North.

The expansion comes with 15 unique solo scenarios that are played in the order that matches the story in the campaign book. When playing the campaign mode, players will have access to the new type of cards, including event cards, old location cards that last from one game to the next, and lighthouse cards that are shuffled into island decks. Furthermore, each of the scenarios can be played separately, just like the scenarios in the base game.

In story mode, you play alongside a campaign book and slowly discover how the plot unfolds. Why is the number of lighthouses on the coast increasing? Why are people so strongly opposed to rebuilding the cathedral? And those seas that are constantly attacked by storms...

Empires of the North: The Wrath of the Lighthouse was designed by Joanna Kijanka, co-designer of the base game and all previously released game expansions. The expansion contains 55 cards, a scenario booklet with 15 unique scenarios and a campaign book with more than 50 story branches.
