Cartaventura: Vinland - Card Game (NL)

Description

Scandinavia, 998 AD. You are Leif Erikson, son of the famous Viking Erik the Red, and you are on your way to The Althing, the great meeting of the clans. You must prove the innocence of your father, who has been exiled from Iceland for a murder you know he didn't commit. Once you have accomplished that, perhaps he will let you cross the ocean to the lands to the west, whose distant coastlines he glimpsed long ago. May Thor's power and Loki's cunning guide you on your journey, and may your saga echo with glory through the ages.

The Games Friends: What a great story-telling game, for a small price. You really get the feeling that you have played a large cooperative game, while it takes up very little space in the cupboard. Highly recommended for all fans of narrative games!
