You will build trains and load a range of goods to complete contracts on the island, as well as ferry passengers to their destinations. Isle of Trains: All Aboard is an engine-building game where cards have multiple purposes: you can use cards as locomotives, trucks, passenger carriages or buildings to improve the effectiveness and capabilities of your train. Cards can also be spent to pay for the construction of your new train cars and buildings, or you can use your cards as freight and load them onto available trucks. You will also have different passengers who want to be taken to different destinations. You will randomly draw these passengers from a bag when building passenger cars and certain locomotives. You can then load passengers into any available passenger car. When passengers are delivered to their destination, you will immediately receive powerful bonuses! Loading freight and passengers onto opposing trains is important on the Island of Trains, as it also gives you extra bonuses on that turn! But this will bring other train conductors one step closer to completing their goals by giving them freight or passengers that they can then use for deliveries and points! The game ends when a certain number of contracts have been completed or a certain number of passengers have been delivered. You win by scoring the most points, which you earn by building your train, completing contracts and delivering passengers. The White Dwarf expansion adds a unique rondel mechanic, where you can choose to move a meeple, or if you have upgraded the White Dwarf location, you can move two meeples for extra rewards! The Corporate Robots expansion adds a set of cards and meeples that act as remote access to work locations. Install the maps in your command center and deploy the meeple robots to locations to fully upgrade that location's power! You can then access that location from your command center.
