The Legends of Andor

The Legends of Andor is a challenging adventure game that won the Dutch Expert Games Award in 2014. According to the jury, the game has fantastic artwork and a unique structure of the game rules. We completely agree! The Legends of Andor is a unique expert game with 5 different legends. And the cool thing is: you hardly have to read anything in advance and can start playing right away! While playing The Legends of Andor, everything is explained to you. In The Legends of Andor you play a hero (a wizard, dwarf, warrior or archer) in the fantasy land of Andor. The heroes have to defend Andor against monsters such as trolls and dragons. By collecting gold, gems and objects in The Legends of Andor, you can make your heroes stronger. But there is a big chance that you will be interrupted by a monster that comes your way...

What about parts II and III of The Legends of Andor?

Have you played all the legends of The Legends of Andor? Then it's time for part II or part III. Yes, you can start with both parts. Do you want to follow the ongoing story? Then first play part II The Legends of Andor The Journey to the North. This is an expansion to the basic game. In The Legends of Andor The Journey to the North you sail with a ship to the north for 4 brand new legends. This board game contains a double-sided game board and a lot of new playing material, such as new monsters and a new hero: the sea warrior!

In part III - The Legends of Andor The Last Hope - you will travel through the Grey Mountains to save your compatriots from the clutches of Krahder. This part contains no less than 7 exciting legends and a lot of new game material. The heroes of The Legends of Andor have also been given new properties, which will make them work together even better. The Legends of Andor The Last Hope is the last part of the Andor trilogy. However, this part is not an expansion of the basic game, but a stand-alone. If you want, you can also play this game independently, without having played the other parts.

The Legends of Andor Expansions

Want more of The Legends of Andor? That's good, because there are also expansions. In The Legends of Andor Bonusbox you will find 4 new legends and a new hero: the wolf warrior. Furthermore, in The Legends of Andor Bonusbox you will find new event cards, a soundtrack and rules for a dice game. With The Legends of Andor The Star Shield you will never run out of legends again! This expansion contains 36 legend cards that together form about 600 different legends. The goal of each legend is to find the mighty star shield (and preferably before the black magician finds it). And as if that wasn't enough, you also have to face 1 of the 6 threats along the way, such as a siege tower, The Dark Temple or the terrible water monster. With The Legends of Andor New Heroes you can now play The Legends of Andor with 5 or 6 heroes or try to win the base game with other heroes (you can combine this expansion with Part I and Part II). In The Legends of Andor Dark Heroes you will find new heroes to be able to play Part I and Part III with 5 or 6 heroes.
